Krakatoa MX 2 Updated to v2.0.1

Exactly one month after the Timed-As-A-Christmas-Present release of Krakatoa MX 2 v2.0.0 comes the first point update to Thinkbox' Volumetric Particle Rendering, Manipulation and Management toolkit. 

The new build delivers equal amounts of bug fixes, UI speed-ups, small features requested by the users (like an UPDATE button in the Magma Debugger), as well as a couple of useful compound operators already featured in a tutorial posted last week.

The updated version uses the existing 2.0.x license and can also be used in Evaluation mode with the usual restrictions.
