If the Support And Maintenance agreement was not renewed at the end of the previous period, but you want to bring a product back on active support to get the latest version or access directly our support team and developers, you can do this by purchasing an Upgrade at the upgrade price listed on the Product Pricing page. The new support period of 12 months will begin on the day the upgrade is purchased.
